Heidi Baker and her husband Rolland began Iris Ministries, Inc., an interdenominational mission, in 1980 and have been missionaries for the past twenty-five years. She was ordained as a minister in 1985 after completing her BA and MA degrees at Southern California College in Biblical Studies and Church Leadership. Heidi was powerfully called to the mission field when she was sixteen and living on an Indian reservation as an American Field Service student. She was led to the Lord by a Navajo preacher. Several months later she was taken up in a vision for several hours and heard the Lord speak to her and tell her to be a minister and a missionary to Africa, Asia and England. When she returned home to Laguna Beach, California, she began ministering at every opportunity and leading short-term mission teams. Rolland and Heidi met at a small charismatic church in Southern California and married six months later after realizing they were united in their calling and desire to see revival among the poor and forgotten of the world.

Cindy Jacobs is an author, speaker, and teacher with a heart for discipling nations in the areas of prayer and prophetic gifts. She and Mike—her husband of 41 years—co-founded Generals International in 1985. At nine years old, the Lord called Cindy when He urged her to read Psalm 2:8: “Ask of me the nations for your inheritance, and the ends of the world for your possession.” That small seed God planted many years ago has sprouted and grown into an international ministry, taking Cindy to more than 100 nations of the world, where she has spoken before hundreds of thousands, including many heads of nations.

Cindy helps people walk in the ministry of prophetic intercession, equipping them to pray effectively for their families, cities, and nations. She describes her call to the nations as “an inverted homesickness”: while she has strong bonds with her two children and six grandchildren back home in Dallas, she has a constant yearning to minister to unreached people globally. Through her journeys, Cindy’s heart has remained fixed on the realization that Jesus left the ninety-and-nine to go to the one.

Cindy has written for Charisma, Ministry Today, and Spirit-Led Woman, and is the author of seven books, including such bestsellers as Possessing the Gates of the Enemy, The Voice of God, and Women of Destiny. She is a frequent guest on Trinity Broadcasting Network and The 700 Club, and together with Mike, co-hosts God Knows, a weekly television show that has aired to a potential audience of 800 million people in more than 200 nations in five different languages. Cindy earned her B.A. in Music from Pepperdine University and also completed graduate work in Music from Pepperdine. Gwen R. Shaw founder of End-Time Handmaidens, Inc. died on January 13, 2013.  After graduating from a Canadian Bible School, she answered the call of God to go to China in 1947. Since missionary organizations were returning their senior missionaries to the field following World War II, none to which she applied would accept her; she then traveled, by faith, to the northwestern region of China, ministering there until her city was endangered by the fast-approaching Communist army. She escaped on the second to last flight out of Lanchow, the nearest airport – a three-day journey. With the door closed to China, Dr. Shaw continued to fulfill her call to the Chinese by ministering in Taiwan and Hong Kong, where she lived until 1970.

In 1963 she received a double-portion anointing after a time of fasting and prayer. From that time on she has served God in about 115 nations of the world, with Holy Ghost fire, signs and wonders following in her trail. In 1970, after a lengthy fast, the Lord burdened her to call out the “End-Time Handmaidens” to reap the harvest in the nations of the world. It was after this that she founded the organization which is known by that name.
