What to expect at a Women on the Front Lines mentoring event.

Jesus has commissioned us to go into all of the world and preach the good news of the kingdom to everyone who will hear. As women, we have the opportunity to fulfill this commission by stepping into the dreams that God has placed into our hearts, and expanding our realm of influence. W.O.F.L. mentoring weekends are designed to help you take the time to more clearly define your dreams and to map out tangible goals and action plans.
A mentoring event flows differently than a traditional conference setting by limiting the number of participants in order to create an intimate group setting with time for discussion and interaction.  With this focus on personal development, you can expect to go home with a clearer understanding of your vision and goals for the next season and a practical action plan that you have developed over the course of the event.

Wendy Peter is the national coordinator for Women on the Front Lines Canada. As a pastor, writer, speaker and entrepreneur she has many years of experience in building both ministry and business dreams from the ground up.

W.O.F.L. Let Dreams Take Fight Mentoring Weekend Schedule
Ephesians 3:20 Now glory be to God, who by his mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of—infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes. TLB

Workshop #1
Breaking through into God’s Dream for you
-Learn how to step into new realms of influence and authority through identifying your passions, dreams and causes.
-Learn how to shatter the boxes and false ceilings that have been holding you back.
-Learn key strategies for dealing with opposition, intimidation and resistance, along the way.

Workshop #2

Becoming a Voice of Influence
So often we hear from women that they have never been trained to speak, and are longing for some training.
While not all of us are called to be public speakers, everyone will need to speak in public at times whether for business, at church, or when God asks you to take on a cause.

In this workshop we will take the dreams and passions that we have identified and learn how to create a message that reflects that passion and dream. Whether you are called to become a pulpit minister, or want to be able to make a powerful presentation in business, or an area of social justice,  Wendy will share keys from 30 years of speaking to help you take your voice to the next place of influence.

Workshop #3
Let Your Dreams Take Flight
-Learn how the power of focus can translate our passions into Kingdom vision and assignment
-If you are already walking in a dream, fine tune it, and take it to the next level.
-Begin to map your dream into a creative action plan.
